Grow + Flow: Coming to a City Near You
Tower Garden is hitting the road! Get ready to Grow + Flow with us around the country and join us for a morning of yoga, juice, and Tower Garden-ing! We’ll be visiting a few select Tower Farms and nearby areas to show off the sustainable mission of Tower Garden by hosting yoga sessions and offering juice made with produce grown locally on a Tower Garden! Get all the details below and stay tuned as we announce new dates. See you soon!
What Can I Expect to Do at Grow + Flow?
Free and open to the public, Grow + Flow events typically begin early in the morning – around 9 a.m., perfect for getting your weekend off to a great start!
For 60 minutes, you’ll flow alongside others — whether that’s beachside in sunny Santa Barbara, or in the mountains of Denver. Your Grow + Flow view will not disappoint. The class is led by local yoga instructors who are rooted in the surrounding community and who bring an enthusiasm for yoga that will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated.
After the flow, make sure to grab a juice and learn more about Tower Garden! All juices provided are made by local community juicers who use produce grown on a Tower Garden. That’s pretty special — and delicious!
We hope we’ll have the opportunity to meet some of you who already own a Tower Garden — as well as meet others who are passionate about food sustainability and urban gardening.
Our next Grow + Flow event will take place on August 17 at 9 a.m. at the beautiful Altius Farms in Denver — the highest, vertical aeroponic farm in the U.S.! Yoga and juice will be provided by Lacuna Juice and Yoga.
While our Santa Barbara event has already passed, check out these upcoming dates, clear your calendar, bring a mat, and join us as we Grow + Flow together and spread the message of sustainability.
August 17: Denver, Colorado – Altius Farms Spark Gardens
September 6: San Francisco, California – Giants Stadium
October (date, TBD): Austin, Texas
